i looked up how to add your airpods to “find my” with one airpods but that didn’t work. “ bc i didn’t know what it was but that didn’t work so i pressed “add other item” and when i tried it said “follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer to make your item discoverable” but i didn’t see any instructions. so when i got to find my i didn’t see my airpods in my devices so i tried to connect them and it said “add airtag” or ladd other item” i first did “add airtag Ok so find my has been helpful to me these past years but i lost my left airpod IN my house and i thought i could use the find my to find it. On Apple Watch, use the Find Devices app to view the current location of your Apple devices, Find Items to keep track of AirTag and Find My network accessories, and Find People to share your location with friends and family members. Use the People tab to share location with friends and family so you can keep in touch, coordinate, or know when a family member has arrived home safely. It’s all anonymous and encrypted to protect everyone’s privacy. If your missing device, AirTag, or compatible third-party accessory isn’t nearby, the Find My app can still help you track it down using the Find My network. AirTag and Find My network accessories can also be put in Lost mode to display your contact information to someone who finds them. Put devices in Lost Mode to lock the screen and display a message, or erase them remotely to protect your data.
